I want to take time to thank you for the great experience we had in working with you as a homebuilder. We knew you were the one from the moment we interviewed you as a potential builder. My husband and I immediately felt like family after our first meeting. We followed our hearts and chose to build a relationship with you. You were an educated builder with much integrity and honesty. As time went on, our evaluation proved accurate time and time again.
While those were the most important values to us, your added ability to envision what was possible when we were just verbalizing an interest in a Mediterranean style home. Your attention to every detail was most admirable. You took our project as if it was your own home and we very much admired that. You were open to new ideas and exposed us to a wealth of knowledge. We appreciate how hard you tried to find the best deals around while trying to stay within our budget and taste. The countless meetings, emails and visits you engaged in with us was above and beyond what I would think a builder’s job should be.
I would also like to call attention to your staff. They are all courteous, friendly and extremely conscientious. Specifically, your Project Manager/Architect was key in the success of the construction process. He was always punctual and also took our project on as if it were his own. He continued to ask questions and ensure that we were satisfied every step of the way. Even all of your subs were most courteous and ready to go out of their way any time necessary.
To sum it up, you held our hand every step of the way and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We have received many compliments on our home and we couldn’t have done it without you. We look forward to working with you again in the future and will continue to recommend you to our friends and family.
