We have been building homes of excellence for nearly 20 years in the DC Metropolitan Washington Area, with particular emphasis on luxury development projects in Northern Virginia and Montgomery County, Maryland. More recently, we have focused our work in Great Falls, McLean, Oakton, Fairfax Station, Clifton, and Alexandria.

True to its mandate, Botero Homes has designed, built, and sold a number of homes that reflect every aspect of comfort, luxury, and attention to detail.
Our New Offices
3/1/2013 – Botero built new offices at the same Cardinal Bank building where it has been for the last 4 years, but now on the top floor with much more space to have a more confortable area for our customers.
An ample reception area with spacious seating and gallery of pictures of the most recently built houses greets the clients. On a wall Botero, exhibits the 14 Awards it has collected, including the “Best of Reston 2013” by U.S. Commerce Association. The office of our Chief Customer Service Officer is conveniently connected to the reception.
The new offices accommodate the main officers of the company like our Chief Operating Officer, the CCSO, the Accounting Departament, a small kitchen/dinning area, one Conference room for 8 people, with a display on the walls of pictures of homes built by Botero. Also the plans of all Botero homes are readily filed there for easy review by our customers. A 75″ monitor shows pictures of all the houses in different stage of construction.
Also the New Offices have an area for samples of construction materials that help clients to do their selections. A Library of Architectural and Interior decoration books and magazines are available to the clients to facilitate their selections during the construction process. The Library has also a 4 seat work table and computer facilities for clients and technical field personnel. The office of the CEO is at the end of the hallway with a 6 seat conference table. Also the Office accommodates our Chief Architectural Designer and Construction Officer.
